Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information SimpleLogic Solutions LLC collects, why, and how it's handled — both through our website and in the course of providing IT services to our business customers.

1. Information we collect

Through the website

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you send. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site; see our Cookie Policy for details.

As a customer

If you become a customer, we collect the information necessary to deliver and bill for services under your Managed Services Agreement (“MSA”) — for example, billing contact and payment details, technical contacts, account credentials you provide us access to, and communications related to support requests. Where we host, back up, or otherwise process your business’s data as part of delivering services, that data remains your property, as described in the MSA; this Privacy Policy addresses personal information we hold about you and your personnel as our customer contacts, not the substance of your business data.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through the Site;
  • Set up, deliver, bill for, and support the services described in your MSA and any Service Order;
  • Send account-related and service alerts (for example, maintenance notices, invoices, or outage notifications) to existing customers by email or text message, as authorized when you sign an MSA;
  • Maintain records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance; and
  • Protect the security of our systems and our customers’ systems.

We do not use customer or website-visitor information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email or text messages to people who are not existing customers.

3. Text message and email alerts

By signing an MSA and providing a phone number or email address, an existing customer’s designated contacts consent to receive service-related email and SMS alerts from us (for example, ticket updates, maintenance windows, or billing notices) at the contact information on file. These are operational communications, not marketing. A customer who wants to stop receiving SMS alerts can contact us at the address below to be removed; this may affect our ability to notify you of time-sensitive service issues.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with:

  • Third-party service providers who help us operate our business (for example, payment processing, ticketing and remote monitoring tools, and cloud infrastructure providers), under obligations to protect it and use it only to provide services to us;
  • Vendors and manufacturers, where necessary to fulfill a hardware order, warranty claim, or licensing requirement on your behalf;
  • Professional advisors (accountants, attorneys) as needed for our business operations; and
  • Law enforcement or other parties where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.

5. Data retention

We retain contact and billing information for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy accounting and tax obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention of business data we host or back up on a customer’s behalf (including after a contract ends) is handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed in the applicable MSA or Service Order. When we perform electronics recycling or decommission hardware, we destroy data on any storage media we take possession of as part of that service, consistent with the MSA.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information we are not otherwise required to retain, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time. Requests relating to a customer’s business data are handled under the applicable MSA rather than this section.

8. Children

Our services and Site are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Contact

Questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy can be sent to contact@simplelogic.net or 2301 Cloverdale Road, Nashville, TN 37214.
