We started the company because any business should be able to get competent IT support without hiring an enormous, impersonal managed services provider or building its own IT department.

Small offices usually end up relying on the most technically proficient but untrained employee, and the alternative is a large provider selling overwhelming agreements, contracts, and business reviews. We sought to eliminate the problem by building a middle-ground.

Local support is important for the same reason: when something breaks or needs an in-person visit, it’s a drive across town, instead of a long dispatch queue or over-the-phone-only support.
