1. Information we handle
Depending on your interactions and services, we may collect or access the following categories:
- Contact and inquiry information: name, company, email, phone number, team size, and messages.
- Customer and account information: service orders, account identifiers, authorized contacts, licenses, permissions, and support tickets.
- Billing and payment information: billing addresses, invoices, payment details needed to complete transactions, and payment status.
- Technical and operational information: IP addresses, device and network details, configuration records, system and security logs, and troubleshooting information.
- Service content: files, email, hosted data, and phone-service records where access or processing is necessary for the services you request.
2. Where information comes from
We receive information from you, your authorized users, customer systems we support, and vendors involved in your services. Website hosting and delivery providers may receive technical request information when you load the site.
The public website provides direct email and phone links rather than an inquiry form. Email links open your email application; we receive the inquiry when you send the email. Existing customers can use the separate client portal at support.simplelogic.net. Avoid including passwords, full payment-card details, or sensitive personal records in ordinary email.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, establish and administer accounts, provide and troubleshoot services, process billing, coordinate vendors, protect systems, prevent abuse, maintain service records, and satisfy legal obligations.
When we handle information within a customer’s systems on their behalf, the customer’s instructions and service agreement govern that work. That customer may be responsible for notices and requests relating to its employees, users, or other individuals.
4. Providers and disclosures
We use Microsoft Azure for much of our infrastructure and also operate our own servers in a colocation facility. Information may be handled by service providers involved in hosting, communications, software licensing, support, and payment processing as needed for the service or transaction.
We may disclose relevant information to your authorized contacts and vendors when coordinating work; to professional advisers when needed; in response to lawful requirements; or to address fraud, security threats, and protection of legal rights. Information may also be transferred in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, subject to applicable protections.
The current website does not include advertising pixels or behavioral analytics. We do not use its theme preference to build advertising profiles. See our Cookie Policy for browser storage and external-resource details.
5. Browser storage and external resources
The website stores your selected light or dark theme in local storage under the key sl-theme. The website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Vue library from UNPKG. Those providers receive technical request information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests their resources. Their own privacy terms govern their independent handling of those requests.
6. Retention
Retention depends on the type of information, the service, your agreement, and applicable requirements. We retain records for the periods needed to deliver services, maintain appropriate business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Contact us for information about retention applicable to your account.
Deletion requests may be subject to legal recordkeeping, security, or dispute-related requirements. Information in backups may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle expires. This Policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline for all records.
7. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No website, communication method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect an account or security issue, promptly contact support@simplelogic.net or call 615-235-0779. Do not send account passwords by ordinary email.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
Contact legal@simplelogic.net to ask about information we hold or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your state of residence and whether a law applies, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a denied request. We will handle applicable requests within the time required by law.
We may need to verify your identity and, for an authorized agent, authority to act. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable appeal process. Some records must be retained or processed to meet legal obligations or provide services you have requested.
If your information belongs to an organization whose systems we support, direct your request to that organization; we can assist it under the applicable agreement. You may decline to provide optional inquiry details and can clear the theme preference through your browser settings.
9. Children and service locations
Our website and purchasing process are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has supplied personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Serving United States customers does not by itself mean every vendor processes information exclusively in the United States. Data-location requirements must be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as our practices change and will revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a material change.
